This is the sound I heard today,
The sound of my feet
As I walked, no

Skipped
With a tune in my head
Beating time to a drummer
That pulsated rhythmic thoughts
And I basked in the tired energy
Of my stretched out, sweaty body
And thought
How happy I am right now.
